Kent - hrabstwo w południowo-wschodniej Anglii. Stolicą hrabstwa jest Maidstone. Przydomek to Ogród Anglii. Ludność wynosi 1,6 mln mieszkańców (2003). Znaleziono tam pierwsze dowody ludzkiego istnienia (narzędzia i topory, ok. 250 000 p.n.e).
