Ludo Moritz Hartmann, historyk niemiecki, (1865—1924). Od 1919 profesor uniwersytetu w Wiedniu. W latach (1918—1921) poseł austriacki w Berlinie. Napisał: „Gesch. Italiens im Mittelalter” (1897—1915, 4 t.), „Theodor Mommsen” (1908), „Hundert Jahre italienischer Geschichte 1815—1915” (1916).
