Surrey - hrabstwo niemetropolitarne w południowej Anglii, składające się z jedenastu dystryktów niemetropolitarnych. Oficjalną stolicą hrabstwa jest Kingston upon Thames, obecnie nie znajdujące się już jednak na jego obszarze, lecz będące jedną z dzielnic Wielkiego Londynu. Faktycznie funkcje administracyjne pełni Guildford.
